DESTRUCTION of Love – My Journey to Freedom

My soon to be released e-book is a true account of my personal life living and leaving an abusive relationship. It is my life journey based on my reality from my point of view. During my twenty three year relationship with Blake I was the target of hundreds, if not thousands of aggressive, abusive attacks. These attacks were a mixture of physical, emotional and verbal abuse. Some so miniscule I have long since forgotten the impact or episode. Writing this ebook proved to be a difficult, grueling task. It forced me to dig deep within myself to remember the most devastating occurrences that cut direct to the core of my being. It is these experiences that have been brought forth for all to read.

Through my words you can live my experiences, gain an understanding of my coping skills and read first hand how I slowly climbed the mountain to freedom while healing and growing. It is my hope you can relate your life to mine thereby creating a motivational force inside any of you yearning or dreaming for a better life. I am extremely grateful for each and every hardship I have faced in my life. It has molded me into a woman of strength, character, wisdom and self worth. In the past ten years I have slowly morphed into a loving, caring, compassionate person. This morphing took place on two levels:

The first, and most precious to my heart, are the handful of loving people that walked beside and held me up while walking through, what I now refer to as, the pits of hell. The second group of people were once in my life in an attempt to beat me down through scorning, judgments, manipulation and control. Without their many forms of torment, I would not have found a reason to reach deep within to pull up the strength and courage lying dormant, waiting to be birthed. To each and every one of you, and you know who you are, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have truly blessed my life and I will be forever grateful.

Through my story I intend to offer you determination, faith and hope. In reading my words may you find the power to reach for your dream in your of life.
